In-person Mindful Movement classes

Meet the Team

  • Group of nine people, mostly women, gathered outdoors in front of a wooden fence and greenery, posing with clenched fists and smiling. Some are wearing athletic clothing and sunglasses, with mats, flowers, and exercise balls on the ground.

    Unlock your body's potential

Our in-person classes go beyond traditional fitness. We coach you to develop a deep understanding of your body's unique movement patterns and guide you to achieve your best in a safe and supportive environment.

  • A man and a woman are practicing yoga together indoors. The woman is sitting with her legs extended and raised, arms up, and the man is lying on his back supporting her legs. They are on colorful yoga mats on a stone floor, with a plain wall in the background.

    Build physical resilience

Learn movement principles that help you connect with your core, improve joint mobility, increase muscle balance and create better posture and coordination. Each movement is a deliberate step towards total body wellness.

  • A person with long curly brown hair and a gray long sleeve shirt is doing yoga or meditation outdoors, with their hands pressed together in prayer position, and wearing a pink and white trucker hat with a bear illustration and the words "California Love" on it.

    Cultivate strong mind-body connection
